First weekend:
25./26. April 2015 at Königin-Mathilde-Gymnasium in Herford (full-time; no accomodations - if necessary, accomodations can be arranged in singular cases)
Second weekend:
09./10. May 2015 at Königin-Mathilde-Gymnasium in Herford (full-time; no accomodations - if necessary, accomodations can be arranged in singular cases)
Third weekend:
14.-17. May - 2015 at the Jugendhof Vlotho (full-time; accomodations and meals included)
Dress rehearsals:
30. June 2015, 9.30am-2.30pm
Concerts

Participation and application
During the third weekend of rehearsals, the orchestra will stay at the Jugendhof Vlotho, Oeynhausener Straße 1, 32602 Vlotho. Meals and accomodations will be included, so participants can get to know each other and spend time together without having to travel every day.
Arrival: 14 May at 9.30am, rehearsals will start 10.30am
Departure: 17 May at about 7.30pm
A bus transfer will be offered for arrival/departure (can be boarded in Herford or Detmold). Please mark on the application form.
Participation in all rehearsals is mandatory when applying! Exceptions can only be made in singular cases.
Fees:
Vlotho including meals and accomodations: EUR 98
Vlotho including meals, not including accomodations: EUR 78
Vlotho without meals or accomodations: EUR 55

The sheet music will be provided as pdf-documents on the internet soon for printing. There also will be mp3-versions of the pieces made accessible.
If participation is cancelled after the application or successfull audition, a fee of EUR 15 will apply. If cancelling after 14 March 2015, you will need to provide an equal replacement; otherwise, the entire fee will be forfeited.
